Located facing the ocean, this apartment not overlooked, with a panoramic view is located on the 5th and last floor (with elevator and facing a beautiful beach).
The accommodation has a living room, a small functional kitchen, a bedroom, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a loggia.
Ideally designed for 2 people, the apartment can accommodate 4 people with the second bed in the living room and another small extra bed available. Four beds are therefore available with a 160 bed in the bedroom and a 140cm sofa bed set up in a few seconds (Ikea-Friheten sofa bed) and a 90cm foldable bed
The ocean and a beautiful beach are at the foot of the apartment.
Dunes, hiking trails, forest, a straw hut restaurant at the foot of the apartment. Other restaurants, a bakery, various shops, rides are nearby, including a U supermarket (2 minutes walk). Aquatic centers, children's areas, atlantic slide are also within walking distance.
Located on the top floor (secure entrance with code and elevator) with an exceptional sea view, the accommodation has a private parking space with a clog (space assigned to the apartment a few meters from the entrance of the building).
The accommodations are only rented occasionally in the summer; it has a hob, microwave and kitchen accessories (there is no traditional oven in the accommodation. Many restaurants, creperies and pizzerias are also within walking distance)
Bed linen is provided (not towels). A mobile fan is available
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
