Villa La Tinaia, part of a farmhouse, is located in Bucine and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The two-story property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, with an extra bed available for a child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine, and a TV. A crib and high chair are also provided.
The apartment has a small outdoor area with a table, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests also have access to a shared area with a pool, garden, and playground. The property is set between Florence, Siena, and Arezzo, offering tranquility among vast meadows, with 3,500 meters of olive groves, vineyards, and woods, just 1 km from the Chianti Classico border.
Rome can be reached in about 1 hour and 10 minutes by train from Arezzo station. More information about transfers is provided upon booking. There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome, and pets are allowed for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Upon arrival Guido had everything prepared for us. A bottle of his amazing wine that he makes along with 2 wine glasses we’re waiting on the farmhouse table. The home had 2 very comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom along with a living room and kitchen. Front porch overlooks the stunning Tuscany fields. The swimming pool was refreshing and everything was beyond perfect. This location was everything and more. The hosts were so helpful. I will come back her again..make sure to take time for the olive oil wine tasting your Guido offers…best olive oil I’ve ever had
