The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Capoliveri, a hilly town 164 meters above sea level and a popular holiday destination for most of the year. Recently purchased, the owner family is slowly starting to model the house according to a simple and functional style. Of course, the main attraction is the terrace which, with its panoramic view, is naturally the fulcrum of the house.
Living in one of the oldest houses in the country is a great emotion, but the spectacular view from the large terrace will surely make your stay unforgettable and unique. A minimalist elegance due above all to the homogeneity of the internal and external environments. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable, obtained in a total area of 56 square meters. distributed on two levels. Multifunctional solutions have been adopted by transforming the second bedroom into a multipurpose room with a sofa which, once transformed, becomes a 140 cm bed. Getting there isn't easy but it's worth it. The entrance from the municipal pedestrian level can be reached by climbing about forty steps in 3 flights. Inside, a staircase leads to the kitchen / dining room and to the fantastic terrace. From here you can enjoy the view of Montecristo, the island of Pianosa and Corsica on one side, while on the other the town square of Capoliveri and in the distance the sea with the Continent in the background; in front of the Calamita promontory, the starting point for numerous trekking and mountain bike excursions and the route where the 2021 marathon championship took place. As an additional service to the house it is possible to book a private garage which is about 300 meters from the house. entrance door measures 2,50xh2,20 mtmeters). Bed linen and towels are only provided on request, pets only on request.
