Recommend this place. Amazing flat, clean and good location. Fast and clear communication with the host as well. Happy with this booking.

Washer was a plus but no detergent. Place was not cleaned properly, crumbs on table, floor and window sill was very very dirty

Had issue to enter as code to door did not work but resolved quickly by agent

The host is not helpful: 1. We have noticed the host that doorknob is broken and we need to reset nuki smart lock many times to open the door from inside but the host didn’t catch up the information and help us. 2. Check in time is 4 pm but the host didn’t send us the key password on time. We stand outside the door for 30 mins and wait for the host. The problem is we must contact them and ask for the password otherwise the host won’t send it to us 3. In comparison with other host that we stayed at Lisbon, this host is not really useful: is case, we asked for the washing ball, toilet paper the Lisbon host (other property) will send it to us immediately but this property host doesn’t willing to 4. We tried to contact the host both via Booking.com and via email but the host didn’t catch up, even I have sent the video about the doorknob problem to them. When we check in, inside has the empty wine bootle that someone leftover. We dont know whether the property is cleaned or not
