the location is amazing, clean and family friendly. it’s far from the city which is perfect if you want a safe and tranquil environment for your family to relax.

I was disappointed with the check in services and the team that was assisting with check in. even though they were very chatty on WhatsApp, to make sure I provided everything for the booking such as ID and phone numbers of members staying in the apartment, they forgot to emphasize on the most important part which is the 2K deposit, which I ended up being surprised about when we were checking in as I thought I had made all the payment necessary. even though I paying 7k for the booking prior check in. the agent supporting with the check in was rude about it and made the minimum effort to support even though they’ve had this complaint before and set up the WhatsApp channel to communicate such things. overall the apartment is great and the area is beautiful but the customer service experience could be better, they last thing anyone wants to do when booking a place for vacation is argue with the landlord or agent. I would prefer making all payments”including the deposit” at once while booking the apartment or at least being notified in advance that deposit is still due instead Of being asked for a mobile number multiple time but not the outstanding money. the door man and security team are wonderful to deal with
