Good location near slopes and town, modern furnishings and appliances, large balcony. Kitchen small but suitably equipped for basic cooking.

Apartment itself looks much smaller than photos suggest. With 2 people, it was already very cosy (bedrooms too small to fit suitcases so they took up a large section of the living room). The advertised 4 person capacity would be extremely tight indeed. The bed sheets, while they had clearly been laundered prior to the state, were obviously old, with considerable yellowing in patches and what looked like rust stains. Basically no amenities provided (only hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher tablets). No shampoo/shower gel, no floor towel for the bathroom, and no non-perishable kitchen basics (salt/pepper/kitchen towels/tea towels). The coffee machine, while clearly high end, didn’t work, so we had to ask the agency to replace this (which they fortunately did, with a basic filter coffee machine, which was fine for our purposes). Only one roll of toilet paper provided for a week long stay and no response from the host when requesting more. On other occasions, the host was reasonably responsive, albeit occasionally a bit short/rude (e.g. when we agreed to meet her colleague at the agency at a given time but there was no one there).
