In the gable roof row house (approx. 60 qm) you live on one level. The house has two separate bedrooms (2x double bed), a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, dining area and shower / toilet. You have your own terrace with garden and a parking space.

Wir waren schon mehrmals bei euch und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Sehr entspannter Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Küche mit Top-Austattung, Sonstige Einrichtung traf nicht unbedingt unseren Geschmack, aber alles ist in sich stimmig, gepflegt und gut aufeinander abgestimmt, wir haben uns sehr wohl und "wie zuhause" gefühlt. Das Bad ist sehr nüchtern und zweckmäßig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bäder zu renovieren ist aber nicht billig (die Küche war es bestimmt auch nicht), daher würde ich aus diesem Grund keine Abstriche machen, es ist alles sauber und nur weil es "zu zweckmäßig" scheint keine Grund für eine negative Bewertung. Wir würden das jederzeit SD69 jederzeit wieder buchen. Viele Grüße aus Germering, Udo Schüpfer
