Idéalement situé, vue mer & Parking privée gratuit

Appartement agréable et bien agencé, idéal en solo ou duo. Du balcon on a une petite vue sur la mer, balcon ensoleillée le matin et à l' ombre l'après midi 😀. J'ai apprécié par ce temps de canicule la climatisation 😁 et le grand écran plat TV ( en cette période de coupe du monde, le top!)

J'aurais appréciée qu'il y ait un peu plus de cintres à disposition et un savon liquide pour se laver les mains.

Honnêtement, j'avais hésité à réserver à cause de quelques avis qui m'avaient un peu refroidi, mais je me dis maintenant que les gens sont parfois vraiment trop sévères. L'appartement est exceptionnel. La vue mer est magnifique, l'emplacement parfait, commerces, plage, tout est là. Après une baignade, rentrer dans un appartement propre, frais grâce à la clim, qui sent bon avec des serviettes propres à disposition... c'est exactement ce qu'on cherche quand il fait cette chaleur. Ce qui m'a vraiment touché : en arrivant après des heures de route, le propriétaire nous attendait avec une bouteille d'eau plate et une gazeuse. Petit geste, grand effet. Disponible et à l'écoute à tout moment, sans jamais être intrusif. Le parking souterrain est une vraie valeur ajoutée que j'avais sous-estimée : sécurisé, en dehors de la chaleur, les affaires de plage restent dans la voiture, et les sorties donnent accès direct à la plage. Franchement pratique, surtout avec des enfants. Je recommande à 100%. Parfait pour les familles. Ne vous laissez pas décourager par quelques commentaires qui ne reflètent vraiment pas la réalité de ce logement.

J’ai vraiment adoré cet appartement. Il est confortable, bien situé, et surtout… la vue sur la mer est juste magnifique ! On ne s’en lasse pas, que ce soit au réveil ou le soir pour profiter du coucher de soleil. L’endroit est calme, parfait pour se détendre. Tout était propre et bien équipé, je me suis senti comme chez moi. Franchement, je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Despite being advertised as a one bedroom apartment, it is infact a studio apartment with no separate bedroom and standard beds. There are two bed settees which need to be made up. There is one in the entrance hall which, if used and pulled out, is a health and safety issue as there would not be a safe exit through the only door. There needs to be a correct record of facilities on the listing. The tap in the kitchen was broken and hanging off. The toilet flush was broken. The bedding needs replacing. The duvet has cigarette burns and one of the pillows is stained. The table and chairs are plastic and uncomfortable - look like outdoor furniture maybe and one of the chairs was split. The whole apartment would benefit from a really good clean. The dust and grime left was not just from a previous guest. The balcony was cramped, unclean and the artificial grass needs sticking on properly, it's a slip hazard. The whole place needs an overall repair and good steam clean. The shower is very small and difficult to use. We did not appreciate having to empty a bucket for the overflow of the air-conditioning when used. The entry instructions and the exact location of the main door could have been clearer. I also did not appreciate receiving a message yesterday asking for a 10 rating. Despite all of this we had an enjoyable holiday and did not let the negativity spoil it. I would definitely give a 10 rating if things were repaired and improved.
