Great spot, great view, easy access, clean unit.

The bed was very high, the sheets kept coming off the mattress, The stools around the table could have been more comfortable, the sofa was uncomfortable to sit for a long period, like to watch a movie.

It was an incredible experience. Very clean room, very quaint town, sunrise right through your balcony doors, the beach is right in front of you. The room has everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrella, I will definitely go back.

I have no complaints

I loved everything about the property and the area that it was located in. Everything about it felt like paradise, the view from the property was phenomenal, anything that you could want was minutes away. The condo itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing to look at, both of the beds are extremely comfortable, there are also many seating options in the common areas. The utilities are also top notch and very reliable, all of the essentials are easy to find and readily available. The host(s) are amazing and extremely welcoming, as they provide you with everything you need to have an excellent stay, they are also very responsive and helpful as well. I can't say enough good things about them, i stayed here for my birthday and they made it very special for me. I also want to thank the cleaner, Crim, and everyone involved in making this experience so positive as well as the birthday basket that was made up for me, i'm very grateful for everyone involved!! Thank you all so much!!

I have zero complaints concerning the property and my stay, i had a great time and i would love to stay there again one day. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the New Smyrna Beach area.
