Nagyon jó helyen lévő, tágas, tiszta apartman. Élelmiszerbolt, dm, piac, tengerpart, belváros nagyon közel van (100 méteren belül). Az apartman a leírásnak és a fényképeknek megfelelt (hűtőszekrény, törölköző, kéztörlő is volt, bár ez nem volt írva, és a képeken sem látszódott - mikró nincs, de mi nem is használunk).
A parkoló messze volt, 2-300 méter, annak függvényében, hogy hol találtunk helyet az ingyenes parkolóban. A konyhai kisgépekkel kapcsolatos apró kellemetlenségek (kenyérpirítón nem akadt be a kar, fogni kellett, hogy működjön, a kávéfőzőhöz a kapszula nem volt kompatibilis, a beépített hűtőnél a mélyhűtő ajtaját csak akkor lehetett kinyitni, ha a felső szekrény ajtaja is nyitva volt, a mosogatógép zavaróan vízköves volt). A térre nyíló erkélynél nagyon zajos volt a lakás, éjjelre be kellett csukni az ablakokat, de mivel a másik erkély csöndes, és itt volt a hálószoba, ezért ez sem igazán zavart.
