Great views and well equipped kitchen

Need some sun loungers by pool. The locks to door need attention as salt corroded so hard to open. Also only one set of keys

The views from the living room were spectacular. The ships turning across the full length in front of the apartment were lovely to watch especially the cruise ships. Two large balconies at either end of the apartment were great, if the weather was too windy at one of them you could use the other. Position in Caloundra was also well placed for walking whether it was to the main street markets, shops, restaurants or to the beach but still far enough away that you didn't have traffic outside. Appliances and every day needs were thought of throughout the apartment.

We didn't find the binoculars until we were tidying up to leave. We would have loved to use them when the ships were turning in front of the apartment.

wonderful views and all the amenities you could ever need: washer, dryer, well stocked kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, laundry liquid etc. we didn’t need to get anything. Two big balconies with a clothesline also. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay

Great location and views, A large apartment with plenty of room. Beds were very confortable. Ceiling fans were essential.

Given the very high price we paid, the property is in relatively poor condution. Mouldy bedroom blinds, rusted window screens and instructions to not open the back door which is essential to get cross ventilation, given there is no air conditioning. Our previous holiday rentals have had great amenity and location and in much better condition for half the price. There was only one key with a lock box at the Canberra Tce entrance but inconvenient if you were returning to Melrose Parade enteance. Time the building got code access.
