Location
Fact that we were told to bring our own linen, when in fact it was supplied.
Hot water takes forever to get up to temp.

Loved that it had everything we needed and walking distance to everything
The bin was a bit annoying as it didn’t fully open. Everything else was 10/10

Great location, good size, and well presented for the most part.
Very modern and relaxing environment. Good layout as well so you could get some privacy and downtime in different rooms.
Not as clean as you would want. Cooking splatter on the splash back and some of the furniture had small spills or dirt on them that didn’t look like anyone had even attempted to clean off.
Pretty quiet location as well till one of the neighbouring units decided to have a gathering on the balcony. The design of the complex meant it acts like an echo chamber and resulted in us hearing everything they were saying even with windows shut.
