Unit, but with extra screenroom/sunroom at rear of property that is private and looks onto reserve/bike track
Small tv, not a good set up for famiy movie time.
No rubbish bags or washing powder supplied - could be an oversight.
Quite a dark living area.

property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything you’d ever need to cook just about anything! exceptionally spacious for 2 adults and 2 teen boys. enough seating and space for everyone. great hot water and good water pressure. area is quiet, no issues with parking on the street. could walk in to town if you desired.
few small maintenance issues and it’s kind of dated…but that dates adds to the charm!
