Close to town and beach. Large rooms and 2 bathrooms
Bare feet were black from dirty gritty floor. Air conditioning would make it even better. Pretty noisy but overlooked cause it was all ok

The location and staff were amazing. Great communication. The layout of the apartment was great for families, with lots of space.
Unfortunately, the unit hadn't been cleaned properly. The lounge had a lot of dirty marks and could be updated as it was saggy when you sat on it. The mattresses on the beds had seen better days, you could feel the springs on one of them. It's such a shame, the unit has so much potential.

Location was excellent
Mattresses needed replacing, front door lock was broken. Lounge chairs need replacing. Very noisy. A lot of tradies live there and are up leaving for work 4.30-5am in morning.
