Posizione per vicinanza al mare (stabilimento Orange Sun), area privata con parcheggio, 3 camere comode con aria condizionata.
Il secondo bagno che viene citato non si trova all'interno della villetta, bensì si trova sul retro ed è accessibile solo passando dall'esterno. Inoltre è di piccole dimensioni ef è privo di doccia . In 6 persone ci siamo dovuti arrangiare e per il caldo di quei giorni utilizzare il bagno era non poco difficoltoso.
