Хорошее расположение. Рядом пляж, магазины, центр. В 30 минутах ходьбы парк развлечений Port Aventura, но можно и общественным транспортом. Кондиционер и вентиляторы. Новый фен.
Не очень хорошая уборка, песок, пыль, грязь. Периодический запах канализации. Диван не соответствует фото, старый, очень неудобный и маленький. Сложно было пользоваться стиральной машиной из-за сломанной дверцы. Квартира на фото выглядит лучше, чем в реальности.

L’emplacement est top, c’est petit mais suffisant pour un couple et un enfant
Une odeur d’égout quand nous sommes arrivés mais durant le séjour se n’était pas en permanence, l’équipement cuisine est faible il y a la grande plaque qui ne fonctionnait pas

Tout d’abord un grand merci à Mr Hicham et à toute l’équipe D’Immobooking et bravo pour son professionnalisme. Mr Hicham nous a accueilli mon fils et moi avec le plus grand soin. Il a été tout de suite disponible et à l’écoute de nos attentes. Il a su nous conseiller sur des endroits à visiter ainsi que de très bons choix de restaurants. L’appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier très calme. À proximité de la plage, restaurants, commerçants et surtout très proche du super marché Mercadona. Encore merci.
