La situation de l’appartement par rapport à la ville, très centré et proche de tout

La localisation du logement est idéale. A proximité des commerces, restaurant, office du tourisme., ...
Le système de climatiseur qui doit être apposé manuellement sur la fenêtre et qui est très bruyante. Par voie de conséquence la fenêtre reste ouverte et laisse passer les bruits de la ville. Dommage de ne pas installer une clim adaptée à la région et au logement. Les parkings à proximité sont payants et souvent complets.
