Great apartment, great location.

It was great

It was a perfect apartment for a few nights in Sarajevo. The location was good, not to far from the old time, but up hill, however it was no problem for us, just good to know. The staff was really helpful and responded within a few minutes.

The duvets were a bit dirty, and we only noticed because we had to sleep on the couch, and it hadn’t been prepared for us, but the sheets were clean.

The location is excellent, just a 7–8 minute walk from the city center. The property was very clean, and we appreciated that coffee was provided. It was also very convenient to have access to a garage parking space.

Upon our arrival, we experienced a couple of initial issues, as the heating was not working properly and there was a brief problem with the electricity. However, we contacted the owner right away, and they responded promptly by coming to the property, identifying the issue, and resolving it efficiently. After this quick intervention, everything functioned perfectly for the remainder of our stay, and we had no further problems with the heating or electricity.

The apartment's furniture looks new and the apartment was clean.

We got the cozy suit apartment. The problem with this apartment is the ceiling height. The ceiling is very low in several spots in the apartment. When i came to the apartment, i bumped my head before the front door. I can't imagine cooking in the kitchen because I would bump my head into the ceiling constantly. The bedrooms are nice but you can't stand up from bed because you would bump your head. Bathroom is missing shelf space and hooks to hang things. Also the rainshower didnt work. If i would know this appartment had such low head space, I would never reserv it. Also when i mentioned this to the apartment on booking that they should include the ceiling height in their description, and i mentioned twice that we lost something in the apartment and asked if they can check, they never responded, bad experience :(.
