The most comfortable and conveniently located resort in Breckenridge!

The location was amazing. The rooms were incredibly clean and the service was exceptional. Even for it being slow season there was plenty to do at the hotel.

Not a great experience for the price.

Location and views were great. Hot tubs and grotto were nice.

Condition of the room not expected for the price. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. My son had an allergic reaction after using a spare blanket, which means it was likely contaminated with nut or dairy products. He ended up at the hospital because if it. Concierge was rude to the guests when they declined a time share presentation.

location and easy access to the slopes as well as the gondola to head to town!

- often when providing advance notice to hotels they are able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in. I had given advanced notice that we would be at the property around 1 after traveling with our children from about 3 am in a different time zone. not only we’re we unable to check in even slightly early- our room wasn’t ready until about 4:30. - the food options are limited and the main restaurant on site while delicious, is not allergy friendly. They are not able to provide alternatives and when just asked to remove items from my dish, they got the order wrong both times.

24 hours after arriving, I tested positive for Covid and flu

after arriving within 24 hours, I tested positive for Covid in the flu and the facility advised they had nothing to offer us. And what was more concerning is they took no precautions to quarantine or clean the areas that I had accommodated

Wonderful location and the staff was superb!

Does the resort have breakfast? Was not aware :(

More food options inside the resort as well as more flexible fam activities (we did not know the theater had to be reserved 24 hrs in advance)
