The space
The property is inside of Sierra National Forest surrounded on 3 sides by forestry lands.
This is a three bedroom and two and a half bathroom home (along with a pullout couch in the living room) in two separate cabins. It offers plenty of room for large groups of people of all ages. Inside the home there is a well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, and 4 Smart TVs. Each room has a queen bed while the game room has a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top. Inside you will find a dedicated game room with indoor golf, darts board, games, poker sets, and more. You will also find a speakeasy below the master bedroom for your enjoyment and quiet time.
Please note: Pop a shot basketball game is currently unavailable.
Outside the home there are endless activities for every age including basketball (currently unavailable), corn hole and other lawn games, practice golf driving net, hammock, fire pit, hot tub and a propane and a wood burning BBQ grill. You will also have access to frisbees, beach toys, volleyball, etc. Large gazebo with misters let your family enjoy the great outdoors even on those hot or rainy days.
If you want to head to the beach along the lake just a short walk away. We even have Native American grinding holes on our property for those looking for a bit of history! Great cell signal and fast internet is available for those working-from-home. As for activities nearby, there are boat rentals and water sports on bass lake, amazing hikes nearby, and of course Yosemite right next door!
Free parking for 5-6 vehicles and big enough for boat.

Amazing location, comfortable house..all the things! Kids loved the game room, jacuzzi and the parents loved all the space and places to sit and relax. We hiked, and floated on the lake. Rented a pontoon for tubing, hit the Splash and Dash aqua park (1.5 hours away) and visited Yosemite. A great active and relaxing time!

What a wonderful week we had up in Bass Lake and Yosemite! The house is great and had plenty of room for our 8 adults. We loved the hot tub, pool table, proximity to everything, and all the space to hang out outside. The kitchen is large with lots of cupboards, but it could use a few more large serving bowls (we only found one). The only big problem we incurred was a mice issue. In the evenings we saw numerous mice scurrying and we had to throw away several food items that were on the kitchen table and obviously chewed through. Mo called a Pest service that came out, but we continued to see numerous mice each night. I think a complete fumigation is needed.

This was our second stay at this house. It’s a great location for visiting Bass Lake, and also decent for visiting Yosemite (but do plan on a 1.5 hour drive to get to Yosemite valley). Our teen kids love the separate suite with game room. We also enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and well-stocked kitchen. Check-in and check-out are very easy.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. There were plenty of comfortable beds for our family (5 adults and 4 kids). The game room was great for entertaining and the hot tub and multiple fire pits were an added plus! It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the things we needed (pack n play, highchair, cooking utensils, etc). Overall cleanliness was good; however, we did notice that the floors were dirty upon arrival. Location is perfect for any Bass Lake visitors.
