About this cottage rental
On the borders of Berry and Poitou, in Brenne, near Le Blanc, at the end of a private road, this private estate spans several hectares with a detached house and two lofts.
Private unheated swimming pool (10 x 4 meters - depth 1.10 m) open from June to September, and a private pond on the 6-hectare property for NO-KILL fishing only.
Enjoy a peaceful and independent stroll on the property, which is entirely yours!
You can also enjoy the use of a rowboat.
Extras: sheets, towels, cleaning, and heating included in the price. The main house is equipped with a kitchen/dining room and lounge area, a bathroom, two bedrooms (double bed and 160 cm bed) and a separate toilet, as well as a large 150 m² terrace overlooking the pool and pond.
The large loft includes a kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms (double bed, two single beds, and a 160 cm bed), and a bathroom/toilet. The small loft includes two large bedrooms (180 cm bed and a 160 cm bed) and a bathroom/toilet.
The cottage has two washing machines and two dishwashers.
Free internet access and a television are available in the house and the lofts.
At your disposal, part of the land (approximately 2,500 m²) is fenced and fenced around the houses. You can play pétanque on the landscaped grounds or enjoy evenings on the second terrace under the house.
The basement is furnished with a summer kitchen and a storage room for your bicycles.
The garden is accessed on one level from the terrace on one side of the house or via steps on the other.
The strict fishing regulations will be provided upon your arrival. Arrival.
Several fishing spots are available, as well as two dry toilets around the pond.
