Appartement très bien situé rénové et confortable.
Petites suggestions toutefois :
Revoir l’électricité pour se mettre aux normes française (présence de prises anglaise)
Mettre en place un détecteur de fumé qui est obligatoire
Optimiser l’espace en supprimant un toilette (l’appartement en possède 2
$$$$
