We are pet-friendly and welcome furry friends at our property and understand that they are an important part of the family. However, there is a small fee of $15 per night per pet.
For the comfort and convenience of all guests, we also require a one-time extra deep cleaning fee of $50 after a reservation with pets.

Great place to stay close to the University of Manitoba campus! Clean and spacious - modern decor was very nice. Thank you for special, hotel like touches such as good amount of towels, coffee, tea, oatmeal and instant soups.

Nice property with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Located close to U of M in a safe neighborhood. Could hear tenants upstairs but wasn’t too bad. Overall pleased with our stay.

The rental unit was amazing. It was clean and well designed. The hosts were very friendly, making sure we felt welcomed and if we needed something they would get it for us immediately (if not within 1/2 an hour). Highly recommended!Thanks for the stay!
