A fantastic lovely large villa with a wonderful garden and a large pool. What more could you ask for? If you want to live privately, with a large fenced-in plot of land then you should stay here. The host Orazio was very friendly and helpful. When a villa gets 10 points from everyone you start to wonder... But it's actually true, ten points from our family.Thank you Orzio for a fantastic week for our big family

Excellent, very well equipped villa. The owner was extremely helpful and supportive.
The facilities are excellent. The owner kindly installed an outside power outlet that enabled our car to be very conveniently charged.

We just got back from staying here for 9 nights and it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. Orazios house is beautiful, large, private and has all the modern conveniences. It was so nice we practically didnt go anywhere the whole time we stayed apart from two day trips out to Pompeii (3 hrs drive) and the beach (35 mins). The kids had a blast swimming all the time, and we wandered around the massive gardens and olive orchard finding interesting bugs! Orazio left us lovely edible gifts whenever he visited to clean the pool and was the epitome of discretion and helpful attention giving good advice on local attractions. We will definitely tell all of our friends to consider this as a great place to stay within an easy hours drive to Rome. If you want privacy, luxury, comfort and a wonderful host you cant do better than this. We never go to the same place twice but this place is seriously making us rethink that for next year. Simply amazing!
