About this villa rental
6 rooms on 2 levels, breathtaking view, modern and cozy furnishings, large living room with TV and air conditioning, 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms. Wide open spaces. Distances: 300 m from the beach, 3 km from Sorrento, 600 m from town center. Private parking for 3 cars. Villa carefully finished with modern and confortable furnishing, overlooking the sea in front of Capri, surrounded by greenery; a short walk from a little rock beach. The house is equipped with linen and towels for each guest; bathrooms with soaps, shampoo, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush for each guest. Espresso machine "Nespresso" with capsules welcome. On demand it's possible to have beach towels (5 € / person) and Links: supply of linen (10 € / person).
On demand a fifth double room without view is available (€ 40 / person / day).
Power consumptions: 100 kW included in the price. Over 100 kW, the cost is € 0.50 / kW.

The villa was beautiful. Very clean and modern updating. The views and sunsets were amazing. We were 6 adults and a toddler and all very comfortable. The small trail lead to the village that had good restaurants and a small market. It was easy there to catch a bus to Sorrento to enjoy or catch the ferry to Capri. Also another bus to Positano. Olimpia recommended a chef who cooked delicious meals twice .( fun pizza party) and a great driver who picked us up at the airport in Naples and drove us to other destinations. We all highly recommended Villa Olimpia. And she was a wonderful hostess

Wonderful picturesque location! The house was perfect for 4 couples. Multiple outdoor spaces with comfortable seating. Spectacular view of the bay of Naples and Capri. 5-10min walk down to a rocky beach for swimming several times. Kitchen is small but functional with all needed supplies for cooking/eating. Olimpia was a wonderful host! She met us on arrival, gave us a tour and educated us on use of appliances, etc. she helped us plan our trip in advance including drivers, boating excursions, restaurants and more. She was always quick to respond and even helped us order food to be delivered one evening. She recommended Alessia, a chef, to come prepare a meal for us one evening…which was fabulous!

Beautiful accommodations, many outdoor areas and spectacular vistas. A big Thank You! to the hosts for sharing their property with us. Every time we did a day trip, we were so happy to come back home to the clean, quiet and comfortable villa. If you are in reasonable shape, a car is not required. There is a trail near the house that will take you to the village for stores and restaurants ( bit difficult to find, watch for a set of stairs about 50 meters up the road. Check-in was reasonably easy and the hostess met us to explain about the house. We can't wait until we are able to return!!!
