De gastvrouw en de gastheer waren zeer vriendelijk bij de ontvangst. Zeer goede cimmunicatie. Alles wat ze vermeld hadden, was aanwezig. De studio was zeer proper, gerieflijk, warme sfeer.

Zeer nette en volledig uitgeruste studio met alles wat je nodig hebt, van beddengoed tot keukengerei. Brandschoon, gezellig en ideaal voor reizigers met het openbaar vervoer. Het prachtige zeezicht vanuit de relaxstoelen maakte het verblijf extra bijzonder. Rustige omgeving, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar met leuke attenties. Extra pluspunten zijn de fiets en de eigen parkeerplaats. Zeker een aanrader!

Perfect weekend aan zee

De studio is exact zoals beschreven in de advertentie: prachtig zicht op zee, alles aanwezig in keuken, parking kortbij, supervriendelijke eigenaars. Aanrader!

L’emplacement est magnifique. Coin fort calme. Les propriétaires sont super! Seule avec un enfant en bas âge, ils n’ont pas hésité à m’aider avec les valises. Très serviables et aimables.

Das beste waren natürlich die 2 Relaxsessel ,mit der Aussicht aus dem ca 3 Meter breiten Fenster vom obersten Stock aufs Meer 😊👍 Es war eine gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr gut eingerichteten Inventar . Untensilien waren ebenfalls richtig gut . Ob Küche , Bad und WC . Es war alles vorhanden . Auch war es eine nette Geste mit den Präsenten der Besitzerin . Danke für den netten Empfang !

Der gesamte Bau ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Müllsituation im Keller unübersichtlich

Gute Wohnung, perfekte Lage

Gute und ruhige Lage, Sauberkeit, feste Matratze, sehr gute und vielfältige Küchenausstattung, frontaler Meerblick, schöne Aussicht, Straßenbahn um die Ecke.

Balkon sehr schmal (ca. 35 cm), Schrankbett, sehr harte Kopfkissen, Backofen sehr klein und alt. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren immer belegt (4 Plätze für das ganze Hochhaus). Parken an der Straße kostet etwa 10€ pro 24 Stunden.
