About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building. It has 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a balcony, a triple bedroom with a large window and a cot. The bathroom with shower and washing machine, the large kitchen with table and chairs where you eat. Bed linen and towels are provided on request. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes and cutlery, a microwave oven, a toaster and a water heater. There is 1 parking space under the house. The house is not located right in front of the road, but is accessed for 10m through a private road. This is convenient because you avoid traffic noise. All windows and the balcony have mosquito nets. In the corridor there is an air conditioner. The apartment has been recently renovated. Free Wi-Fi

We hadnt been to Italy in a long time and we didnt know where to stay. This was a perfect roomy place with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen.

Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money.
Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy.

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Kurzer Fußweg zum Meer, Geschäfte und ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Maria ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin - die Wohnungsübergabe(n) klappten hervorragend.
