Chociaż apartament nie jest klasy Premium to można tam miło spędzić czas.Trochę brakuje klimatyzacji ale wieczorny powiew wiatru i położenie pozwala na spokojny sen przy otwartym oknie ( o ile w pobliżu nie ma Austrowieśniaków ;) ). Podaca ma chyba jedną z piękniejszych plaży na której nie jest tak tłoczno jak w większych miejscowościach. Można oczywiście narzekać, że mrówki, że komary, że do plaży więcej schodów niż w opisie ale jak się jedzie odpocząć to nie ma na co narzekać.

Kwatera mikroskopijna, stare i częściowo połamane meble, parking niby na dwa samochody a gospodarz parkuje cztery wielkie problemy z zaparkowaniem i wyjazdem, woda w umywalce ledwo kapie, nie naprawiona przez cały pobyt, opis mówi o 37 schodach do plaży a jest ich faktycznie 97 nie ma podwórka w opisie podano że jest 50 metrowe a faktycznie całe podwórko jest zajęte przez parking, plaża jest odległa o 300 m, a nie jak w opisie 180 m
Natomiast godna polecenia jest wspaniała plaża z pięknym widokiem i niezłym wyposażeniem
