My space is close to Porto (São Bento), São João National Theater, Port Wine Museum, Ribeira do Porto, Tourist Office, Aliados Avenue, São Bento Metro, Sá da Bandeira Theater.
União de Freguesias do Centro is an excellent choice among travelers who are interested in architecture, wine tasting and hiking in the city.
You will love my space because you have all the facilities to spend a pleasant day in the magnificent city of Porto. A very cozy apartment, where you will not miss anything, as if it were your own home.
My space is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children).
It includes a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, hob, coffee machine and kettle as well as the necessary kitchenware. The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV (international channels), built-in sound system, free wi-fi. Ensuite bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.
A continental breakfast is available daily on the property upon prior reservation (€ 8 per person), including lete, coffee, juice, tea, butter, 2 types of jam, bread, pastries and fruit).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Cleaning included in total price.
Guests have access to the apartment in full.
No smoking.
It is not suitable for pets.

If you want a perfect location and a clean little apartment, this it it.
It is right next to Sao Bento Station, but not noisy.

When we arrived we had the opportunity to meet Tiago--a kind and caring person who could not do enough to assure us we would enjoy our stay at the apartment. Of course, prior to getting there, his wife (Catia) was the Queen the Rapid Response who quickly answered every question we had and assured us the place would be ready for our early arrival.The apartment is cozy but comfortable (with the exception of the couch). Everything was immaculate and our welcome goodies were on the table waiting for us. We loved the city of Porto and took some outstanding tours (Douro River, Free walking tour, Braga and Guimareas). The central location of the apartment is another reason to recommend this place. Though it is in the heart of the city, it is very quiet at night. Book now before someone else gets it!

Nights are very noisy because of people sitting every night just under the bedroom window. The appartment is not souund isolated. The wood floors are creaking and we hear a lot the neighbors. The coach in our apartment is old and very uncomfortable. The appartment is nice and the location is perfect. The only problem is the night sleep are tough.
