Nice location, close to the sea. Nice restaurants downstairs. Bright and spacious room, all necessary amenities. Bottle of water upon arrival - nice touch ♥️

No air conditioning, nor recuperation, so room gets quite hot during the day. Also, quite noisy downstairs (room facing Pierogi place) and early in the morning (from 7:30), when loud music starts. So with a window opened, you hear everything. Thus, AC would be an advantage.

Clean & nicely decorated rooms with good internet

The rooms are new, clean and nicely decorated. You feel welcome even though the rooms are small. The showers and bathrooms were clean and good. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. The location is just a few steps from the central square. They provided an little dog bed and water bowl for the dog. The wifi & internet is good (over 20 Mbit/s) and also cellphone network is great. There are also games for children, a fridge and coffee & tea in the room. The fridge is loud but you can turn it off during night. Did not use the spa, so I can not say something about it.

In the end we had to pay 30 PLN extra per night for the dog, which is a fair price, but unfortunately it was nowhere written on the booking website. Please include this information in the description for other travellers. Sadly the table in the room is not really optimal to get some laptop work done.

Receptionist not talking English language , just a little ! To communicate properly the computer translator is used and it was not very convenient and sometimes time consuming .The door is locked at 19:00 and if you coming latter you can not enter the apartment before morning . Luckily , our friend took a key for us .

Worst night of our holidays!

The restaurant is independent from the hotel and very tasty.

Obviously the penthouse of the hotel is kind of a party location. As we arrived in our room on the second level at 9pm the party on the third floor has already started and it lasted until 6:30am! We couldn’t sleep at all because it was like sleeping under a club. Not only the Bassdrum was massive but you could hear every step of the crowd dancing. i knocked twice and asked them to be quite. Nothing. I tried to reach the hotel manager via Booking.com, phone and text message - no response. Although we couldn’t sleep at all, the hotel manager refused to give us as refund the next day. I don’t recommend this Appartements for people seeking a quite vacation! Also the Spa is a bad joke!

The home cinema set up. The fact that the walls were quiet and the nice breakfast downstairs. The room also had a popcorn machine which was great for the kids.

The room ventilation was poor. The room was very hot and stuffy. The lack of parking places and no guidance on where to park made it difficult that we parked in a location where we received a parking ticket.

A lucky find in all this madness!

A warm welcome to an empty hotel! We got really lucky during this visit as we were the only guests, meaning we were able to have an entire spa to ourselves. We booked a room with a bath tub and sauna but found ourselves relaxing in the awesome underground jacuzzi and sauna. Paying this price for such luxury really made our short break. The room was massive, zero complaints!

the church bells at 6AM - be prepared :) at 8:50AM the breakfast was almost gone due to some big group of tourists who came for breakfast and ate almost everything ?! fortunately the host prepared the scambled eggs for us and was really trying to save the situation

Na pewno zapadnie w pamięć na długo 🙂

Śniadanie smaczne, jednak gdy czegoś już zabrakło nie moznabylo liczyć na dostanie tej rzeczy. Okolica ładna, spokojna, sporo lokali z jedzeniem i sklepów. Ładna miejscowość. Sama kamienica klimatyczna, ładny panuje w niej zapach.

Najbardziej rozczarowało mnie brudne jacuzzi, nie skorzystaliśmy a bardzo mieliśmy ochotę. Drobny minus za niezaliczony rabat na potrawy ,który został obiecany.

Pobyt naprawdę udany :) Apartament czysty, nowoczesny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Największym atutem była oczywiście wanna z hydromasażem, idealna na wieczorny relaks. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani Aurelii za wyjątkową troskę i dbałość o Nasz komfort podczas pobytu :)

Przyjemny weekend w Pucku

Obsługa bardzo pomocna, ale połączona z obsługą Pierogarni. Ładna wstawka do pokoju w formie butelki Prosecco i wazoniku kwiatów, koszt 100 PLN. Strefa SPA & Fitnes zawiera jacuzzi, saunę, kilka sprzętów do ćwiczeń, prysznic i łazienkę. Wynajęcie strefy SPA na wyłączność na 2h kosztowało 250 PLN i zawierało butelkę Prosecco, krótkie oprowadzenie. Bardzo fajna opcja, aby się zrelaksować i nie martwić się, że ktoś jeszcze będzie chciał skorzystać ze strefy. Masaż był nie do przebicia, Pani zdecydowanie wiedziała co robi. Cena naprawdę niska, bo tylko 180 PLN za całe ciało. Podsumowując polecamy to miejsce i jeśli się uda to wrócimy

Trafiliśmy na dwa zniszczone ręczniki w pokoju, jeden miał dziurę w wielkości dłoni, a drugi miał plamę od wybielacza. Prysznic miał ślady rdzy i osad. Serwis sprzątania w pokoju jest dopiero po dwóch dniach, można zapłacić 30 PLN aby był szybciej. Niestety przeczytaliśmy o tym za późno, żeby o to poprosić, nie wpłynęło to na ocenę ogólną.
