W apartamencie mimo bliskości ulicy było cicho i spokojnie.Plusem jest to że w tym samym budynku mieszka właściciel apartamentu więc jest bezpiecznie.
Czajnik był nie odkamieniony i w apartamencie nie ma pralki.
