This spot is such a gem. The host family went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The room was well decorated, comfortable and clean. It was exactly what I was looking for.
It's excellently located, with corner shops in walking distance and the zoo, botanical garden and tombs a short distance away.
I don't actually have anything negative to say, but I will add that expectations matter. I was looking for an affordable place to stay that had authentic character and Sufi Khandar exceeded my expectations.
WhatsApp your host in advance to arrange a meet up place as getting to the entrance is a bit puzzling the first time. It's in a safe neighborhood right next to a Historical Mosque.

This was a great place to stay. I had a hard time finding the place and they came by scooter to pick me up. Loved the location, it was a quiet corner of Delhi and nearby markets to explore.
I didn't ask about entering and leaving and if I had to do it again, that would be my order of business.

Rooms were fine.
Location is poor. Also drinking water facilities were not provided. Owner charges extra money after already paying full amount that to not informing before hand.
Photo provided in the site is not a little bit similar to where we stayed.
Its disappointing to argue with the client for extra charges of gas in the kitchen without informing while paying the amount.
