This beautiful newly renovated penthouse is located in Gros district, the most fashionable neighborhood of San Sebastián - Donostia. It is also a few meters from the beach of La Zurriola, the Kursaal congress palace and only 5 minutes walk from the center and the famous old Part of Town of Donostia.

This penthouse has a bedroom with a double bed and beautiful dressing table, a large bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living / dining room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people. Both the living room and the bedroom presume of a beautiful view over Plaza Catalunya and the church of San Ignacio.
It has a wonderful terrace of 12m2 overlooking the square which is accessed both from the living room and from the bedroom, which provides a great luminosity.

Spacious, Modern and clean. There was easy access to all areas in San Sabestian.
The property is on the 6th floor and the lift was extremely small.

Excellent location very central with great views of Placa Catalunya and nearby church. Large spacious apartment with terrace. Mikel at Always Easy was helpful and flexible with the check in time.
Would be improved by being better equipped particularly in kitchen area.
