The property is great and supported our guests with ease. The place could have used additional forks in the silverware drawer as well as extra bath towels. The outdoor space was great. Really wished the external fireplaces were available for use. Dishcloths should also be supplied.

The overall stay was good. The house was clean. Hard to talk to someone if you need some help. Loft bedroom bed fell apart due to leg was taped up. 3rd floor light didn't work. Contact person never called back.

Overall we had a good time.Not sure who cleans and maintains the house but they do not do a good job. The floors were dirty, there were beer cans behind one of the theater seats, only one fireplace worked, then the third one just stopped working, I had to fix the drain in the main floor half bath, a couple of the showers leak, another shower door doesn’t stay closed, one of the theater chairs in the back row is missing a bolt so the seat part falls off when you try to sit on it, one of the dining chairs is missing a bolt and the leg is about to fall off, most of the bathtubs with jets did not work or only had a couple working jets, no toilet role holder for one room appeared to be torn off wall, missing pool table ball, and tv remotes missing or dead batteries.While I understand you may have periods where it’s hard to get maintenance done when you have the house booked solid, but I have noticed past renters have sited same issues. Maybe the managers need to schedule maintenance days into the monthly schedule to address issues.

Great property. Good location, and beautiful house with lots of space. Unfortunately one of the rooms had mouse droppings in all the beds and we heard some kind of rodent in the night. The host was not very responsive to this and just said that was normal for the area. Would probably be a 5-star property if not for this one area.
