Renovated 1235 square feet brick ranch close to everything, great location with 1 car garage, screened in back porch and large fenced back yard. New energy efficient windows, updated baths, updated fully equipped kitchen with new countertops, new range and microwave, dishwasher, new floors, new paint throughout, fully furnished with nice furnishings, curtains and linens. Roku TV and wireless internet.
Freshly painted and updated the exterior. Washer and Dryer in house
Great for travelers, short or long term. A great time for Autumn and a great time to lean back and enjoy the rocking chair.
Pet Notes: Pet fee is per dog.
Pets have to be approved in advance of stay and pet fees will be charged
Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed.

This house was wonderful. It is clean, close to everything you need, big fenced yard, plenty of parking, 2 bathrooms. Gale is very accommodating and responds quickly if needed

What you see is what you get. It was nice and clean. The Queen bed was awesome! My BFF said her bed was awesome too. The house is right off the major road. However the neighborhood is still quiet. It’s convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time. If you have a doggie it has a big fenced in back yard.

Clean, neat and nicely furnished. We evacuated from the SC coast because of Hurricane Florence, and a brick home was attractive. But it would be a very pleasant getaway for anyone visiting the area. Pet friendly, and there is a very large fenced yard.
Convenient location and close to shopping outlets. We recommend this property.
