No breakfast was included with our rate. The property itself was gorgeous and in a great location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were surprised because the notes talked about breakfast being included but it didn’t seem to be with our rate.
Pay was a surprise. Booking.com indicated they took credit cards but they said when we got there that they only took cash or bank transfer which was a surprise and was a hassle to pay. Language was a little challenge to communicate but we managed.

Piękne widoki z pokoju, prywatny basen, zadbany ogród , cudowne zachody słońca i odgłosy przyrody.Bliskość oceanu, raczej na spacery niż pływanie.
Szukałam w tej willi spokoju po wcześniejszym zwiedzaniu Ubud i i tak było.

The villa was super spacious and absolutely comfortable. The staff did an excellent job at accommodating our needs as a family with kids. The beach access was simply awesome, and we loved the pool too!
Kitchen equipment could be better, and you do need it as there are not many places to eat. I would recommend buying groceries ahead as your options are super limited.

Beautiful house near the beach. All rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. Great pool and lots of space for children to venture in the garden
Nothing really. It was secluded though, there were no restaurants on walking distance. However restaurants are easy to go to by scooter of car and staff has menu's ready to order in.
