About this house rental
This vacation home provides a private heated pool, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath. Everything is included, all you need to bring is your toothbrush. The house has a queen bed in the master bedroom. The guest room has a full bed and a bunk bed. The great room has a pull out bed in the couch. The kitchen is supplied with all you need including new stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee pot, and more. The bathroom is stocked with all that you need which includes towels, wash cloths, hair dyer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Ready to go to the beach we have a cooler, beach towels, and chairs for the beach. Other extras around the house to use are bicycles, grill, pool floats, free wifi, and HBO. Washer and dryer included for your use in the garage.This vacation home accomodates up to 7 guest comfortably. Walking distance to the beach for a beautiful sunset. One of the closest houses to Honeymoon Island and voted in the top ten beaches of the world in 2013. Along with swimming at the beach you can charter a boat, deep sea fish, or just dolphin watch. 31 micro breweries are located in the Dunedin city limits. You can reach most of them by bicycles which are included with the house (5 adult bikes, and 2 kid bikes). The Pinellas bike trail is within steps of the house, along with a first class golf course. Dunedin is loaded with fantastic restaurants. You could stay for a month and never eat at the same restaurant twice. Everything you need is within a short walk (Grocery store, Walgreens, Dollar General, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts to name a few). If you don't like biking, there is a trolley that you can ride that will take you from Tarpon Springs to Clearwater. Relax in the lounge chairs by the pool and enjoy the BBQ grill.

Such a great home! It's a perfect size for 4 people...even one bathroom didn't pose a problem for 4 gals! The most wonderful thing about this property is that they supply the basics that you HATE to waste money on during a short stay because you know it goes to waste or has to come home with you. That was such a welcome surprise and a great perk! The location is quite convenient. We had never been to Dunedin before so when we first pulled up we were a little disheartened, but honestly it's great...especially given the amount of traffic with vacationers in the area. It's a short (2.5) miles to the center of town which is totally charming (try going during a festival of some sort...very fun). It's 1/4 mile from the grocery store which is super convenient and about 1 mile from the causeway beaches. One thing to note, the beaches here are NOT wide, sugar fine sandy beaches...they are narrow and rocky towards the water. It's a causeway beach. We never made it to Honeymoon Island but that looks to be where nicer sand is. But we never actually left the pool area so for us it was not an issue. The pool is perfect! The bikes are also awesome! Tires were pumped and ready to go. We rode to the tennis courts at the local rec area (which is also lovely). That was maybe a mile away. The Pinellas trail makes it super easy to be safe. All in all our group thought is was awesome! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!
