The location, pool, price and the size of apartment.
No reception for the building but only security and I have to wait in the lobby to have booking.com agent to arrive at the location to check me in!
There was also a note in the room about «rules of hotel» which is not published in booking.com. The rules were a little surprising!

Location, gym and swimming pool for locators
The apartment has potential but it was really dirty. The sofa is in stains. The bedding was not fresh and smelled. There were only two towels in the room for a whole week's stay. The kitchen set was really very dirty and worn, the pan is not suitable for frying and it will come out as if it were 10 years old. The lid for the pan was all over the old fat. The TV is partially out of stock (bar on the screen and the buttons on the remote control do not work). These are small things and unfortunately they didn't take care of it there.
Also, a big disadvantage is the way to check in to the apartment - you have to download applications to your phone, create an account there, send private documents and transfer the deposit. It's a bit much. Without the application you will not get into the room - it is a bit not okay that the customer is forced after paying for the room to download strange applications and set up accounts otherwise he will not get into the room even though you paid already
