room is very clean. the owner is generous enough to let me off RM10 I owed (because she doesnt have an exchange for RM50). location near the local masjid with very nice community

Location near to beach.
Unpleasant check-in process, the owner didn't tell us earlier that he's not there.
Need to improve the cleanliness too, especially toilet.
