The accommodation was ready on time, and the handover was very well organized. The service was good. Technically, the apartment was excellently equipped and had been recently renovated.

The location is directly on a main road – I was aware of this in advance. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, coming from the bathroom. It resembled a musty or rotten odor, which could be improved with toilet cleaner. Some neighbors seem to dispose of food (both fruit and meat) out of the window, which attracts a lot of flies. A mosquito net would be a helpful addition. There was also a strong chemical smell in the bedroom at the beginning of the stay, which was a bit uncomfortable. The stove had been damaged by a previous guest – a handover or damage protocol before check-in could help avoid misunderstandings. The building is older and quite noisy. You can clearly hear the neighbors and dogs barking, especially in the bedroom. There’s a bar located directly across the street, and unfortunately, drugs are openly dealt in the street around. Physicals altercation involving guests of the bar happened once. On the positive side, the direct neighbors were very kind and friendly, which made the stay feel a bit more welcoming. Because of these factors, I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for families with children. However, for younger solo travelers or couples, it can still be a suitable option.

Pretty much everything. Modern, well equipped apartment close to shops and the beach, comfortable beds. The host was very helpful and when the taxi didn't arrive to take us to the airport at 3:45am he went out of his way to pick us up and we managed to catch our flight back home!
