Exceptionally nice location - in deep and wonderful old town, pedestrian street, on one hand but 300 meters to beach also on other hand. Some meters to panoramic view point of Cannes (church and castle). Nice vibe in general. Apartment was well equipped with all necessary equipment, including washing machine. Air conditioning. Plenty of gifts from owner: from coffee to beach parasol. Full support during stay including meeting and escort to parking place and also well structured info about city. Cannes old town is also wonderful. Will be back :)

Owners are great, all the amenities are available. Very spacious, very clean. The road is pedestrian only so I would say safer than other properties.
Pedestrian only road which makes it harder for accessibility.
