L'agencement du logement est très agréable, spacieux , bien équipé (lave-vaisselle et lave-linge) et bien décoré; la chambre est séparée avec une très bonne literie. Notre petite chienne a beaucoup apprécié le rez de jardin avec accès direct menant au parc !
Très pratique également, la place de parking numérotée devant le studio. Et la situation géographique est top !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Quelques points cependant pourraient être améliorés par rapport au standing de la location :
absence de savon / gel douche (étonnant en Allemagne), absence d'étendeur pour le linge (lave-linge présent dans la salle de bain), réglage de la lumière automatique de la salle de bain totalement anarchique !
Un peu plus de vaisselle serait bienvenu également pour économiser l'eau du lave-vaisselle.
et manque total d'explication sur la gestion des déchets !

The location next to the park was lovely, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel which made arriving by train very easy. There is also free parking for people who booked the apartment. The apartment was quite large with a beautiful terrace that overlooks the park. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped. It would be ideal for staying in the cooler months of the year. There are some restaurants close by and a Lidl supermarket within a 5 minute walk.
The bedrooms were on the street side of the apartment and had a lot of direct sun. Unfortunately there were no proper curtains or shutters, only thin paper blinds on the windows which didn't block out the light. This made sleeping in summer difficult. The bedrooms were quite hot and it was difficult to leave the windows open as there were no insect screens and the street noise was quite loud. There were no fans or other methods of cooling down the room. The bathroom was nice but there was no soap at all provided, not even for washing hands, which was rather surprising.

Geen ontbijt omdat wij een appartement huurde en zelfvoorzienend waren (eigen keuze)
Verder eigen parkeergelegenheid voor de deur, alleen was jammer dat het onder een boom was, waardoor veel vogeluitwerpselen en groenafval op de auto viel en in naden en kieren bleef steken.
Sommige onderdelen van meubilair waren niet degelijk meer (loslaten onderdelen). Daarnaast was in de badkamer de afvoer van de wasbak niet goed meer en de watertemperatuur in badkamer en keuken zeer wisselend bij eenzelfde stand van de kraan. Verder konden de helpdeskmedewerkers van het hotel ons niet duidelijk maken hoe er met het verschillende vuil omgegaan moet worden. Gfte/Pmd/Restafval etc. hoe te scheiden en waarin te deponeren. Stond ook niet in de handleiding van de accomodatie #advies:-)
