Sugar Beach 313 is a 1 bed, 2 bath condo that will accommodate 4 guests. 1 king bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Stainless appliances, granite countertops throughout, beautiful hardwood floors in the master bedroom, flat-screen TVs, and new decore. Great location within Sugar Beach with side views of the beach and Gulf from the private balcony. Low density, family friendly complex directly on the beach. Enjoy the ocean view from the balcony, or take the elevator down to the boardwalk and enjoy the sugar sands of the gulf. Relax in one of the 4 pools. One is heated during the winter.
Sugar Shack snack bar open during the summer season. BBQ and picnic tables available on site.
Condo is located on the third floor. Main level has the kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and full bath. Upstairs is the bedroom with king bed and 2nd full bath.
Beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach during summer season.
Conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, Gulf State Park, shopping and many other attractions. A car is recommended.
Rental Agreement to be signed with 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $250 required. Parking pass is $35 per car, limit 2, to be purchased onsite. Only one pass permitted during holidays.

Renee send many texts ahead of time with check in info, rules, tips, and even a link to beach information. She texted me with instructs for check out and a pest control visit happening during our stay.
The place was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The view was amazing from the balcony. It was a great place to sit and read and enjoy a drink.
The weather was not ideal but we had a great time. The couch was comfy and the tv had lots of options. We did walk many miles on the beach even with the rain. It was quiet, relaxing and peaceful.
We would definitely stay here again if we return to Gulf Shores! .

Condo was perfect for my husband and I. We have stayed in both of her units with this owner. Renee is great to work with and we had everything we needed. Thanks again for another great year & time!! 😁
