This amazing 7200 sqft river front property boasts river views from practically every room! With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms there’s plenty of space for the whole family. Got a boat? Tie up on the private boat dock! Like to cook? Enjoy the stunning kitchen complete with a wood fired pizza oven, 2 dishwashers and seating for 13. Like to entertain? There’s a full bar with seating for 6 and 3 indoor fireplaces. Enjoy watching the wildlife on the river? There are 4 decks to choose your view. Best fishing on the Mississippi River right off the boat dock! The home is located 15 minutes north of LeClaire, Iowa ( American Pickers is filmed here) and 1 hour south of Dubuque , Iowa (Field of Dreams movie site) . Great stay. The location was great and it was so fun to have the Mississippi River in our backyard! We got to see a couple bald eagles very close to us. The house had a ton of space to spread out and relax in. Beds were comfy and clean. We had a very good experience here.

The host was very nice and responds back fairly quick when answering question! The only minor grip I did have was that with the lack of windows in the living room/kitchen area, it did feel a little overexposed during the evening time. But, that is a personal
