About this house rental
A stunning home in the Três Picos State Park Environmental Protection Area (APA). Nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by trails, waterfalls, and birds. Just a 30-minute drive from downtown Nova Friburgo. The perfect luxury retreat for families seeking adventure, privacy, and a return to nature. Accommodates up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and space for up to 2 additional guests.
On our property, we have a waterfall shared with our neighbors.
We also offer a two-person kayak and a stand-up paddleboard for use on our lake!
All set amidst nature.

Our voltage is 220V.
The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited. We are located in the heart of the Atlantic Forest, home to many species of animals in addition to our own pets. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
*We have a deck on our property that faces the lake, where we offer luxury picnic experiences for our guests and visitors. Therefore, the deck may not be used by guests unless the service is booked. Please contact us for more information.

We have some important information regarding your pet’s well-being. We charge an extra cleaning fee of 220.00.
We only accept small pets (up to 10k).
Loud noise is strictly prohibited! The music for this space is ambient music, where, above all, you can connect with nature.
For guests with lower-clearance vehicles, please contact us before making your reservation so we can provide details about the unpaved road. It’s 2,600 meters long, and there are some sections that require extra caution.
* THE NEIGHBORHOOD *
Vale das Seriemas is just a 30-minute drive from downtown Friburgo and 15 minutes from the Conego neighborhood. You’ll find everything you need in Conego, including groceries, supplies, and some of the best restaurants in the region.
Grocery Store: The nearest grocery store is Flor de Montanha, just 10 minutes from the house. There are larger supermarkets—including Grão da Serra and RD Boutique de Carnes—located in the center of Conego. Also in the center of Conego, check out the artisanal bakery called Encanto da Montanha, which offers high-quality fresh bread.
Restaurants: There are many good restaurants nearby. In Conego, the standout restaurants are Sushiban, Burgomestre, Oca Maloca, and Bon Vivant. Explore the area on foot; there are several cafes, bars, and pizzerias within a short walking distance.

Access to Vale das Seriemas is via a very charming little road with a beautiful view that retains its original character. It is a dirt road with some sections featuring loose rocks. Access is easy, but please take into account the height of the vehicle you’ll be using. Any vehicle can reach the residence, but you’ll need to use a gear that’s appropriate for this route.
We can arrange a transfer for you if needed.
