The only negative was nothing to do with the villa, but the staff at the clubhouse and also the security to come in and out we had no passport on us on the first evening as their always locked away and he made us walk to the house very bizarre and wouldn’t allow us in and are rude such a shame

We thoroughly enjoyed the size of the home, allowing us to gather together as a family. The pool was amazing, heated and enjoyable, even on cooler evenings. The grandchildren loved going in the pool before bed each night! The location was perfect, a decent ride from the theme parks and the airport.
We could tell that the check in process at the guard shack is a work in progress…there can be backups from time to time. I’m confident the resort will work it out! The security team could not have been nicer!
