Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, spokój na osiedlu, bez problemu można zawsze zaparkować. Mieszkanie czyste, wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu.
Materac w łóżku jest do wymiany, czas swojej używalności ma zdecydowanie za sobą. Problem z odpływem wody w brodziku.

Bardzo nowoczesne wyposażenie apartamentu. Dogodne położenie blisko dworca i sklepów. I piętro, internet wi-fi, kawa i herbata dla gości i ręczniki w dużej ilości.
Brakowało nam wieszaka za odzież w przedpokoju. Słabo spływała woda w umywalce. Trochę głośno było czasami za ścianą w sąsiednim apartamencie wydzielonym z tego samego mieszkania.
