Very comfortable bed, great location and spotless. Nice little kitchenette downstairs and tea coffee provided and a fridge.

Very cosy and quiet. I slept really well. Good shower. Friendly owners. Lovely outdoor space and easy parking. I liked that the kitchen was downstairs.
Remote control needs a clean. No cutlery. No light shade on main light. Could do with shampoo and conditioner.

Quiet location within easy walking distance of Blenhiem Palace and the town. Favourable price. Large comfy bed. Off road parking on driveway of main house.
Bedding wrinkled particularly pillow cases, pillows very thin and aged.
1 bath and 1 hand towel extremely stiff. Despite instructions to wash dishes etc before leaving no cloth or tea towel avaliable (used unusable hand towel!)
Specific request in instructions to strip bed!!! Sorry didn't do, that's one perk of going away! Cobwebs +++ and very dirty bathroom vent.
