Aura Suites Downtown, Business Bay

Everything is amazing, classy and affordable, nice people especially Mohamad and Zeinab. The rest are very respectful and polite, smart, you’ll feel the description of real hospitality. The hotel apartment is perfectly designed as if you are in a 5 star hotel with fine dining table inside.

The breakfast with very less options but tasty, nonetheless, they have a kitchen in the apartment with complete cooking amenities, so you can prepare you own.

Location is prefect The room is big Booked a 2 bedroom suite but I find out that it has 3 with additional one small housemaid room that was really helpful I Like the decoration and the kids area The pool is very nice between buildings which allow less direct sun exposure.. prefect for kids Down everything is near, supermarket and restaurants can be reached by walking only

The breakfast was not good at all Worst breakfast I had among all of my hotel trips It does not even have egg?

The apartment was spacious with an 2 bedroom apartment and had a balcony with a view

The maids room was small if you have someone who is tall they are unable to sleep as the bed is small for a tall person (we had this issue) The downfall was the smell in the property coming from the bathroom - drainage issue we had requested to change apartments from floor 2 to floor 6 Again horrible smell coming from each of the bathrooms This was the only hotel which didn’t wish their guest happy birthday - we’ve stayed at many hotels by surprise we had received a card wishing their guest happy birthday and even a cake For future ref maybe take into the account the occasion for the stay if it’s a special occasion or anything
