Wola Luxury Stay

This was another fantastic stay! It is not the first time I have booked with this host, and they are always reliable. The apartment was very clean, modern, and located in a perfect area. The customer service is outstanding—they respond within seconds, are available 24/7, and are always happy to help both by phone and through Booking.com. Check-in was easy, communication was excellent, and everything was exactly as expected. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again.

The only small issue was that the TV was not working properly. Apart from that, everything else was absolutely perfect.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, modern, comfortable, and fully equipped. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around Warsaw. The host provided outstanding customer service, responded almost immediately, and was always friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely book here again.

Apartment located in a modern development, well landscaped, plenty of green spaces and access to shopping, great transport links. The apartment is air conditioned and quiet despite overlooking the main road.

Uncomfortable to non-existent mattress, broken bed making creaking noise. Stains on pillows and mattress. Lack of utensils in the kitchen, no salt, oil or pepper, no kitchen towels, no instructions on rubbish disposal, the height of bar stools not corresponding to kitchen bar, - impossible to eat. 4 instant coffees for 10 day stay of 2 people! Very slippery floors/tiles in the shower. The booking was made and confirmed for Burakowska 16 in reality it was Klopot 4a, you only get to know the address on the day of arrival. The bedroom balcony has a door handle removed apparently as part of the design. No cleaning and no towels replacement during 10 day stay.
